Beyonders, a 4-way collective dripping in the musical talents of Jason Goodings (Hidden Agenda), James Hadfield (Lizards, Futureboogie, Not An Animal, Leng), Mal Sharp (Craggz & Parallel Forces), and Nick Grimes (The Psychedelic Breakfast, Indria, Carpus Trio and The Din), are creating some pretty eclectic and exquisite music, refusing to be pigeonholed or bound by genre. They took shape and grew over the lockdowns of COVID 19. Their music-making was prolific, and they emerged with a mature and nuanced ready-made back catalogue, developed and refined into four upcoming EPs focussing on each individual’s musical leanings, with a full album to follow, and even more further down the line.

These releases will be hard to ignore.

In 2021 Beyonders turned from “they” into “us” as I was put in charge of visuals and given the role of art director. I feel honoured to be given that responsibility, and incredibly excited to see where we can take this - the sky really is the limit.
